What you would do

• Set up, operate and monitor paper bag making machines for daily production runs
• Adjust machine settings (paper feed, gluing, folding, cutting) to match job specifications
• Monitor bag quality during runs, checking seams, folds, glue bonds and dimensions
• Identify and quickly correct machine faults to minimise downtime and waste
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machines
• Maintain production records (run counts, waste, downtime) and ensure finished bags meet quality standards before packing
