Packing Line Supervisor
About this role
The role is for a Packing Line Supervisor at Golden Penny Foods, part of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, based in Ibadan, Oyo. The job focuses on supervising packaging line operations in the Bottling and Margarine Plant to meet production targets while upholding quality, food safety, hygiene and efficiency. What you would do
- Supervise daily bottling and margarine packaging operations.
- Ensure products meet quality, food safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production performance and meet daily targets.
- Ensure operators follow approved process parameters and procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
- Plan production to minimise line changeovers, downtime and wastage.
- Enforce GMP, hygiene, safety and FSMS compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance to maximise line efficiency.
- Lead, coach and supervise operators and third-party personnel.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment and support improvements.

- BSc/HND in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Technology, Production Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
