What you would do
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
- Supervise bottling and margarine packaging operations to ensure smooth production.
- Lead, coach and supervise operators and third-party personnel to improve productivity.
- Ensure products meet quality, food safety and regulatory standards.
- Enforce GMP, hygiene, safety and FSMS compliance on the production line.
- Ensure adherence to approved process parameters and SOPs by operators.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to maximise line efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment and support improvements.
- Monitor production performance to achieve daily targets.
- Plan production activities to minimise line changeovers, downtime and wastage.
