What you would do
- Receive QA-approved terminals and verify they meet packaging criteria
- Check and apply packaging components (charger, cable, frosted bag, serial label, packaging carton)
- Ensure terminals are powered and checked before packaging
- Log every packaged terminal with full details in the system
- Track daily and weekly packaging performance against targets
- Coordinate movement of terminals to or from inventory with officers
- Maintain accurate records of packaged and unpackaged terminals
- Reject damaged or non-compliant terminals with valid reasons and return for re-evaluation
- Follow SOPs for packaging and materials usage
- Collaborate with repair and QA teams to suggest process improvements
