Packaging Officer

What you would do

• Receive QA-approved refurbished terminals for packaging.
• Verify packaging checklist items (charger, cable, frosted bag, serial label, packaging carton).
• Ensure terminals have valid QA approval and are powered/checked before packaging.
• Log packaged terminals in the system with full details.
• Track packaging performance against targets daily and weekly.
• Coordinate push and collection of terminals with inventory officers.
• Maintain records of packaged and unpackaged terminals and report discrepancies.
• Reject damaged or non-compliant terminals with valid reasons and return to inventory for re-evaluation.
• Follow SOPs for packaging and materials usage.
• Collaborate with repair and QA teams to improve packaging processes.

• Physical stamina to handle and package devices for extended periods.
