Permanent, full-time position based in Lagos for a Package Coordinator/Turbinist. What you would do

• Organises on-site maintenance operations for turbo machines by coordinating supervisors.
• Provides technical support to the planning team for job preparation in his discipline.
• Manages interventions using the CMMS and records intervention reports and technical field reports.
• Takes charge of turbo packages during breakdowns until correct operation status is restored.
• Monitors turbo machine performance by tracking key parameters and ensures quality via on-site checks.
• Ensures maintenance activities comply with the company HSE rules, procedures and standard industry practice.

What they are asking for

• HND or HNC or equivalent (e.g., BTS/DUT).
• 3 to 5 years' experience in maintenance or operation on gas turbines.
• Knowledge of gas turbines and gas compressors.
• Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams.
• Strong work ethic and good interpersonal relations.
• Physical ability to work on offshore installations in site climate conditions.
