The Outlet Concept Manager for HMR, Bakery and Butchery at SPAR stores in Rivers oversees daily operations, sales performance, quality control and profitability of these sections. • Ensure product quality and freshness and oversee compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, NAFDAC) through inspections and coordination with Quality Control.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and central kitchen to ensure timely replenishment.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, chefs, bakers, butchers and customer service staff; set performance targets.
