What you would do
- Drive sales growth and profitability for fresh food categories.
- Oversee daily operations, stock availability, replenishment and merchandising.
- Monitor inventory, expiries, waste, shrinkage and stock losses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality and cold chain standards.
- Lead, train and develop team members to meet targets.
- Prepare performance reports and seek to improve customer satisfaction.
