Outlet Concept Manager - Fresh

About this role

Artee Group seeks an Outlet Concept Manager - Fresh Foods for its SPAR stores in Lagos. The role leads the Fresh Foods section, covering operations, sales performance, stock availability and profitability across categories such as produce, butchery, fish and deli, and acts as the SME for Fresh Foods, coaching the team to SPAR standards.

What you would do

• Drive sales growth and achieve Fresh Food revenue targets; monitor category performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure product availability across all Fresh Food categories and oversee planning, receiving, replenishment and workflow.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and standards for hygiene, quality and cold chain; ensure audit readiness.
• Manage stock levels using FIFO/FEFO; monitor ageing, expiries, markdowns and waste; conduct regular stock counts.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Lead and develop the Fresh Foods team; plan manpower, supervise staff, coach and build capability; manage budgets and reporting.
