What you would do
- Lead and manage the outdoor sales team to meet monthly targets
- Acquire new customers and recruit retail/store partners
- Identify high-potential stores and sales locations
- Develop strategies to grow BNPL mobile phone sales
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales agents
- Monitor customer repayment performance and portfolio risk
- Conduct regular field visits to supervise sales activities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Collaborate with Operations, Credit and HR to maintain smooth operations

- Minimum of 2 years' outdoor sales experience in mobile phones under BNPL/phone-financing
- Experience managing and supervising a field sales team
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone sales and financing
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of the Lagos retail/store market
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field
- Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented
- Previous experience with M-KOPA or PalmPay is an added advantage
