What you would do

• Periodic reconciliation of Swift and RTGS transactions for PAPSS participants.
• Investigate and monitor Swift/RTGS processing to resolve exceptions with stakeholders.
• Produce reports on payments, analyse trends, and provide ad hoc management reports.
• Identify and report suspicious transactions using available tools and judgement.
• Provide feedback on system challenges, bugs, and feature requests.
• Analyse and resolve settlement and other operational issues escalated by customer service or partners.
• Render relevant statutory/regulatory returns where applicable.
• Configure rate changes, service fees and front-end updates as needed.
• Support training for new users on the platform.
