Operations Planning and Control Lead

About this role

The Lead, Operations Planning and Control at Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited will oversee planning, project controls, mobilisation governance and performance reporting across the Operations function to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and resources are optimally used. It acts as the central coordination point between Commercial and Tendering, Project Delivery, vendors and support functions to maintain governance and operational visibility.

What you would do

• Lead and manage the Operations Planning and Controls function across the portfolio.
• Direct workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity management and deployment activities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, performance monitoring and project controls to meet timelines and budgets.
• Manage mobilisation, demobilisation, logistics, personnel readiness and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and OEMs to deliver services and support.
• Establish and maintain operational performance management frameworks including KPI reporting and portfolio performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in project planning, project controls, PMO, operations management or project delivery environments.
• Minimum 3 years in a people management or team leadership role.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, mobilisation, reporting and operational governance.
• Experience working within engineering, technical services, industrial, energy, oil and gas, or project-based organisations.
• Demonstrated experience developing operational dashboards, KPI reporting frameworks, and management reports.
