What you would do
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules
- Monitor and manage inventory and raw material stock levels
- Handle procurement including sourcing and vendor follow-up
- Oversee fulfilment and logistics for timely dispatch and delivery
- Supervise production and warehouse staff and support day-to-day team management
- Maintain and enforce SOPs for quality and compliance and report performance to the CEO

- Experience in operations, logistics, or production coordination
- Experience with inventory tracking, procurement processes, and recordkeeping
- Experience supervising or coordinating a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
