What you would do
- Support the COO in implementing operational procedures and controls.
- Receive and verify procured materials against orders and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels of oil, packaging materials, labels, cartons/kegs, and other supplies.
- Coordinate daily packaging activities to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel and logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Track procurement activities and follow up on outstanding purchases and supplier deliveries.
- Verify each order before dispatch (quantity, customer details, packaging, delivery destination).
- Maintain records of products packaged, dispatched, delivered, and returned.
- Maintain daily operational and inventory reports and ensure proper documentation for all materials and movements.
