About this role
The Operations Manager will oversee field and HQ-support operations in Ibadan, coordinating business development, relationship management, customer support, data and quality assurance to ensure efficiency and service quality. The role aims to translate NOBZO’s strategic objectives into day-to-day execution and ensure teams operate with consistency, accountability and high standards. It is a full-time remote role based in Ibadan, Oyo State.
What you would do
- Oversee the execution of field and HQ-support operations across Ibadan.
- Coordinate business development, relationship management, customer support, data and quality assurance functions.
- Ensure operational efficiency, policy compliance, service quality and achievement of organisational targets.
- Lead operational planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation and process improvement.
- Manage issue escalation and cross-functional coordination.
- Translate strategic objectives into daily operations and drive consistency, accountability and high service standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Sciences or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in operations, field management, or related function.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State; strong familiarity with Ibadan’s geography, communities, commercial areas and business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and operational reporting tools; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
