Operations Manager - Manufacturing / FMCG
About this role
An Operations Manager is needed to support manufacturing operations, plant readiness and project execution for a manufacturing/FMCG company. The role involves coordinating transitions from project work to operations and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
What you would do
- Coordinate the handover from project execution to plant operations
- Support plant readiness across production, maintenance, HSE, quality and staffing
- Coordinate OEMs, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Track engineering, procurement, equipment installation and project milestones
- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics for timely materials and critical spares
- Develop and maintain operation and project trackers, reports, KPIs and action plans
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, plant operations, engineering/project execution or industrial operations
- Strong experience in Manufacturing/FMCG or Agro-processing preferred
- Strong project execution, stakeholder management, coordination and negotiation skills
- Experience managing contractors, OEMs, vendors and cross-functional teams
- Strong KPI monitoring and reporting skills
