The Operations Manager – Integrated Cleaning Services leads the unit handling garment care, cleaning, fumigation, pest control and facility management. It is a senior role focused on growth, profitability and service delivery for residential, commercial, corporate and institutional clients in Lagos.

What you would do

• Lead the Integrated Cleaning Services unit to achieve growth, profitability and service delivery objectives.
• Develop strategies to expand market share and secure contracts with commercial, corporate and institutional clients.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and delivery of garment care, cleaning, fumigation and facility management services.
• Manage annual plans, budgets and revenue forecasts to drive profitability and asset utilisation.
• Lead and develop operational teams, set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance and compliance with HSE and quality systems and produce periodic performance reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications in Business Management, Facility Management or Project Management or related fields desirable.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar management role.
• Core competencies include strategic business development, operations and service excellence, customer relationship management and leadership.
