Operations Manager Integrated Cleaning Services
About this role
A full-time Operations Manager for the Integrated Cleaning Services unit, responsible for leading strategy, operations and profitability across garment care, cleaning, fumigation, pest control and facility management. The role targets growth, customer relationships and service delivery for residential, commercial and institutional clients in Lagos.
What you would do
- Provide leadership for all integrated cleaning and facility support operations
- Optimise use of personnel, equipment and resources
- Plan, schedule and deliver services across business lines
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction
- Drive profitability through cost management and efficiency
- Prepare business plans, budgets and revenue forecasts

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous
- 7–10 years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering or related field
- Professional certification in Business Management, Facility Management, Project Management or related fields desirable
