What you would do

• Oversee daily telemedicine and digital platform operations and enforce SOPs.

• Build relationships and secure commercial contracts with healthcare and corporate partners.
• Manage key accounts to ensure retention and opportunities for upselling.
• Collaborate with marketing to design customer acquisition campaigns.
• Provide regular operational and revenue performance reports to executives.
