Operations Manager

An Operations Manager is needed to oversee day-to-day operations of serviced accommodation facilities in Lagos, ensuring smooth service delivery, high standards and guest satisfaction. The role involves coordinating staff and vendors, maintaining property upkeep, and managing operational procedures.

What you would do

• Oversee daily operations of serviced apartments and hospitality facilities
• Supervise staff, assign duties, monitor performance and ensure procedures and standards are followed
• Ensure rooms and apartments are clean, well maintained, fully equipped and ready for guests
• Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, front desk and other operational activities
• Liaise with vendors and monitor inventory, maintenance issues, guest feedback and compliance with health and safety standards

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years in hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, property management or similar operations
• Experience managing staff and coordinating multiple functions
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hospitality/property management systems is a plus
