About this role
An on-the-ground Operations Manager role for Apex Data Operations Ltd, based in Port Harcourt, Rivers. What you would do
- Visit client shops to establish relationships and onboarding
- Onboard shops to the tracking system and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct discovery conversations with shop owners
- Manage and maintain data sheets related to tracking and reconciliation
- Coordinate dispatch and proof-of-delivery reconciliation
- Prepare and report weekly updates on client activities and metrics
- Communicate issues or opportunities to improve processes to leadership
- Maintain organised records and follow-through on action items
- Support sales-related activities when needed
- Work across multiple client shops in the Rivers and Port Harcourt area
