A full-time Operations Manager role based in Lagos focused on coordinating daily operations for a pharmaceutical business, with emphasis on inventory management, compliance, and cross-department collaboration. What you would do
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and procedures
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management
- Supervise and support staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales and other departments to achieve operational objectives

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations role in pharma, healthcare or FMCG
