A senior Operations Manager role based in Abuja for an emerging real estate investment company. The role involves setting up the operational framework, coordinating acquisitions and development projects, and managing day-to-day operations with oversight by the Board of Directors.
What you would do
- Set up and manage operational processes, policies and systems.
- Coordinate development projects from start to finish.
- Drive business growth, partnerships and deal negotiations.
- Lead land and property acquisition including due diligence and documentation.
- Engage with regulators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and appraise real estate investment opportunities and oversee asset management; report to the Board.
What they are asking for
- Professional membership (NIESV, ESVARBON, RICS or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- 5+ years' experience in real estate operations, property development, investment analysis or land acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, including acquisition, due diligence, investment appraisal and asset management.
- Proven experience coordinating real estate development projects.
- Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building, Civil Engineering, Business or a related field.
