What you would do
- Manage inventory including stock counts and discrepancy investigations
- Monitor orders from intake to delivery and resolve delivery/logistics issues
- Support Sales and Communications with order, payment, inventory, and fulfilment information
- Coordinate nurse visits and ensure proper documentation
- Supervise Operations staff and ensure SOP compliance and attendance
- Prepare regular operational reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams
