The role oversees day-to-day operations across multiple locations, coordinates sales, distribution, logistics and inventory, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies. It is suitable for someone with proven operations management experience, preferably in FMCG, distribution, logistics or retail.
What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across assigned locations.
- Coordinate sales, distribution, logistics, inventory and other operational functions.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor branch and departmental performance against targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, Logistics and other departments to align operations.
- Ensure timely distribution of products to customers and sales teams.

- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related discipline; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within FMCG, distribution, logistics, retail or related industry.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
