Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited is seeking an Operations - Maintenance Systems Specialist I in Lagos. The role focuses on ensuring safety, health and environmental standards are met while managing materials and maintenance data within computerised maintenance systems. The specialist may handle contract administration activities and coordinate interfaces after contract awards, working with procurement and field maintenance units. What you would do
- Maintain central contract files and act as a liaison between Field Unit and Procurement
- Coordinate contract renewal, award, resolutions and follow-up actions with Procurement
- Develop contract work scopes based on Operations and Maintenance inputs
- Perform technical pre-qualifications and assessments for new contracts
- Enter and extract data in the Computerised Maintenance Mgt. System to support site maintenance needs
- Order materials and replacement parts
- Document transactions and maintain inventory files
- Process invoices and coordinate payments
- Support Field Maintenance Unit personnel and provide guidance on procurement processes
- Adhere to company systems and procedures and contribute to their review and improvement
