Operations Lead
About this role
The role is for an Operations Lead to manage day-to-day delivery across client projects, ensuring tasks move from briefing to final delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams. It targets someone with substantial operations or project management experience, preferably in a creative or client-service environment, who can improve processes and drive efficiency in a Lagos firm serving startups.
What you would do
- Oversee daily operational delivery across client projects from briefing through execution and delivery
- Coordinate multiple projects and cross-functional teams including account management, creative, content, design, growth, tech and external partners
- Develop and maintain project trackers, schedules and workflows to provide clear visibility of status and deadlines
- Ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, resourced and scheduled with identified risks
- Lead regular project planning and check-ins, tracking milestones, actions, approvals and deadlines
- Improve operational processes, SOPs and systems to increase efficiency and turnaround time

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field
- 4 - 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, agency delivery, client services or similar
- Experience in a creative, digital, marketing, advertising or client-service environment preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and using project tracking tools
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
