Operations & E-commerce Assistant

About this role

The role supports operations and e-commerce for The Adirelounge in Lagos, handling production coordination, order processing and multi-platform store administration. It is suitable for someone with experience in operations, administration, e-commerce or logistics who can manage inventory, supplier coordination and order fulfilment.

What you would do

• Coordinate production timelines with suppliers and partners
• Track fabric, materials, inventory and purchase orders
• Coordinate order processing, packaging, shipping and delivery tracking
• Manage day-to-day administration of Shopify, Etsy and Faire and other e-commerce platforms
• Maintain product listings, prices, variants and stock information
• Monitor orders and customer enquiries and follow up promptly

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, administration, e-commerce, logistics or a related role
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, online collaboration tools and e-commerce platforms
• Ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records and work independently
• Experience with Shopify, inventory management, order fulfilment or supplier coordination is an advantage
