Operations Associate (Hybrid)

The role supports the strategy and operations team, ensuring vendors, riders and agents are set up for success through onboarding, training, scheduling and routine checks. You will handle operational tasks, data checks and system follow-ups, act as a first line of response for requests, and manage exceptions and escalations. What you would do

• Serve as the first line of response for requests in the assigned zone and route issues to appropriate owners
• Monitor dashboards and channels to identify and respond to operational issues in the zone
• Support onboarding, training, scheduling and routine checks for riders, vendors and agents
• Manage order exceptions and escalations to ensure timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication
• Handle routine operational queries and escalate sensitive matters to the Assistant Zonal Manager
• Coordinate operational resources and assets in partnership with zonal leadership
• Collaborate with the Assistant Zonal Manager to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation
