Operations and PR Officer

About this role

Bracken Media Solutions Limited in Lagos is looking for an Operations and PR Officer to support the COO with daily operations, project coordination, reporting and stakeholder relations, while handling PR and corporate communications. The role is suited to someone with experience in operations, project management or PR and a background in business, marketing, or communications.

What you would do

• Plan and execute PR activities including media relations and press releases
• Track operational and PR performance and report to management
• Monitor departmental performance and identify operational gaps
• Coordinate projects across teams and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare operational reports, meeting notes and dashboards
• Build relationships with media, influencers and industry stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations, project management, PR, or communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus relevant project-management tools
• Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills
• Good understanding of PR, media relations and corporate communications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support senior management
