Operations and E-commerce Assistant (Hybrid)

About this role

The role is for an Operations and E-commerce Assistant in Lagos (hybrid). It focuses on managing inventory, order processing, and daily administration of e-commerce platforms for a hand-dyed textile company, supporting production and launches.

What you would do

• Track fabric, materials, product availability and purchase orders
• Coordinate production timelines and follow up with suppliers and partners
• Maintain product listings, prices, variants and stock information
• Coordinate order processing, packaging, shipping and delivery tracking
• Manage day-to-day administration of Shopify, Etsy and Faire and other platforms
• Provide weekly operations reports on orders, production status, issues and deadlines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, e-commerce, logistics or related role
• Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records; work independently
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills
• Experience with product-based businesses is desirable
