Operations Analyst

What you would do
- Identify opportunities to lower operating expenses without reducing quality.
- Assess current systems and recommend improvements to increase output and efficiency.
- Assist in selecting and implementing new technologies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to enhance cost-effectiveness across platforms.
- Suggest methods to increase revenue through improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work with multiple departments to understand requirements and implement enhancements.
- Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed.
- Oversee the rollout of new systems or processes to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Produce comprehensive reports with analysis, conclusions and actionable recommendations for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose continuous improvements.
