Operation Manager (Hybrid)

An operations manager role based in Lagos (Yaba) with hybrid work arrangements, responsible for overseeing operational excellence, process improvement, resource management and client satisfaction to support the CEO’s vision. • Collaborate across teams to align on long-term initiatives and future plans.
• Oversee information security, compliance and technology infrastructure in collaboration with IT and consulting teams.
