The employer is On The Run Restaurant, a fine dining and high-quality finger foods provider in Lagos, seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at the Lekki area. What you would do

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Monitor operational expenses, sales performance, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, stock control, and food and beverage costs.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional fine-dining experience.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
