Operation Engineer (Offshore Platform and Hull and Facilities FLNG)

What you would do
- Support operational readiness, commissioning, start-up and handover activities.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Provide engineering support for daily offshore facility operations, production systems and utilities.
- Develop and review operating procedures, operating philosophies and maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, marine and maintenance teams.
- Participate in risk assessments, management of change, incident investigations and process safety reviews.
- Analyse operating data and recommend corrective actions for performance deviations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and applicable operational requirements.

- 8–12 years of relevant operations engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Marine or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of hydrocarbon production systems, utilities, process safety and facility operations.
- Familiarity with operational readiness, permit-to-work systems and management of change.
- Experience in offshore platforms, production facilities, LNG/FLNG, FPSO or similar installations.
