Onshore Drilling Engineer

What you would do

- Manage the drilling budget to ensure cost-effective practices
- Mentor junior drilling engineers and support their professional development
- Ensure compliance with national regulations and company policies in all drilling activities
What they are asking for
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Approximately 10 years of drilling-related experience
- IWCF Level 4 certification within three months after resumption and DRILLCAP
- Fluent English with strong analytical, reporting, communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of well design, HSE, well completion and well intervention; experience in operations contracts management and well site drilling
- Proficiency with WellView, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Well Plan
