On Trade Specialist
About this role
The On Trade Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lekki, Lagos, focusing on building and managing relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-trade outlets. The role involves promoting Enstore Nigeria’s wines and spirits, executing sales strategies, and ensuring strong brand visibility at key outlets. Daily duties include visiting on-trade customers, presenting products, negotiating listings and promotions, monitoring stock, and providing training and support to outlet staff. The specialist will work with sales and marketing to implement trade activation plans, gather market insights, and report on performance and trends, with regular fieldwork in Lekki and surrounding areas. The position targets increasing volume, distribution, and brand loyalty in the on-trade channel.
What you would do
- Visit on-trade customers to promote products and drive sales
- Present product offerings and negotiate listings and promotions
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate promotions
- Provide training and support to outlet staff on products and services
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement trade activation plans
- Gather market insights and report on performance and trends
- Manage relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels and other on-trade accounts
- Plan and organise field routes to cover Lekki and nearby areas
- Drive volume, distribution and brand loyalty in the on-trade channel
- Work independently in the field to manage multiple accounts
