On-Call Maintenance Specialist, Data Science - Contract Role (India)

Udacity is seeking contractors for a Data Science focused role within its School of Data Science. The position involves working with updated course content and maintaining materials for data science courses and Nanodegrees. What you would do
- Analyze course performance metrics to identify content requiring updates.
- Review student feedback at scale to prioritise improvements.
- Fix issues in course materials, updating instructions and code in notebooks, workspaces, and SQL exercises.
- Update content to reflect current data tools and cloud interfaces (AWS, Azure).
- Refresh tutorials, exercises and projects to use modern workflows and libraries.
- Update Udacity Workspaces and ensure packages are current in Python and R environments.
- Validate and troubleshoot Cloud Labs used for data engineering and architecture content.
- Ensure cloud resources like data warehouses, storage, and streaming services are properly configured for exercises.
- Troubleshoot student access and permission issues in federated cloud accounts (AWS/Azure).
- Collaborate with Content Developers, Program Managers and Learning Architects to define scope and priorities.
