About this role

Role is Oilfield Drilling and Completion Project Manager for Scruples Resources in Lagos. The position leads planning, execution and delivery of drilling and completion projects, manages client relationships and contractual commitments, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What you would do

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product lines.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
• Drive project performance through risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Oversee project schedules, resource planning, readiness reviews, and contingency plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Substantial experience in the energy industry, including drilling, completions, well intervention, P&A, or related operations.
• Extensive experience managing complex operational projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of drilling and completions activities.
• Experience managing project financial performance and commercial risks.
• Excellent English communication skills.
