Offline Events & Field Marketing Specialist

About this role

BLUETTI is seeking an Offline Events and Field Marketing Specialist to plan and run on-ground marketing activities across Nigeria, acting as the brand face at events, activations and community engagements to drive awareness, leads and loyalty. The role is based in Lagos with travel to other Nigerian cities as needed.

What you would do

• Plan and execute offline marketing events such as product launches, roadshows, campus activations, trade shows and community outreach
• Identify high-traffic venues for brand activations and guerrilla marketing
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue, permits, vendor negotiations, staffing, equipment and setup
• Recruit, train and supervise brand ambassadors and event staff
• Design and distribute offline marketing materials and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
• Capture on-site leads, hand over to sales/CRM for follow-up, track budgets and report ROI and insights

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 2 to 4 years experience in event management, field marketing or promotions in Nigeria
• Strong network of vendors, venues and field staff in Lagos (and ideally other major cities)
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple events
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse communities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; lead capture tools a plus; fluent English (local language preferred)
