Offline Customer Support Officer (Niger)

Moniepoint is hiring a Customer Support Officer for Offline State Support based in Niger State (Tunga Minna). The role serves walk-in customers nationwide and WhatsApp groups, handling enquiries and issues in line with the Bank's standards and values. It targets candidates with around 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience who will be the first point of contact and coordinate with internal teams.

What you would do

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and high quality responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
