About this role

Role: Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) based in Ughelli, Delta State. The role provides high‑quality support to walk‑in customers and WhatsApp group users, resolving inquiries and service issues in line with Moniepoint standards. It serves as the first point of contact and works with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and capture feedback for service improvement.

What you would do

• Act as the initial contact for walk‑in customers and respond to inquiries in WhatsApp groups.
• Provide prompt, accurate and high‑quality responses to customer questions and service requests.
• Log all customer support requests for tracking and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Adhere to approved communication scripts, service guidelines and operating procedures.
