Offline Customer Support Officer (Benue)

About this role

Role: Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) based in Benue. You will serve as the first contact for walk-in customers nationwide and WhatsApp group queries, resolving inquiries and issues in line with the bank’s standards and values. You will work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and contribute to service improvements.

What you would do

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to WhatsApp inquiries.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Follow approved communication scripts, service guidelines, and operational procedures.
