About this role
Itel Energy is seeking a driver in Lagos to support daily office operations, staff movement, official errands and logistics. The role requires a responsible, reliable driver with a valid Nigerian licence, strong knowledge of Lagos routes and good safety practices. The driver will transport staff, documents and goods, conduct basic vehicle checks, and assist with office errands and occasional travel. The position is full-time and based in Lagos. Salary is stated as 120,000 Naira per month.
What you would do
- Drive company vehicles for official assignments
- Transport staff, visitors, documents and company items to destinations
- Plan routes to avoid traffic delays
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition
- Conduct basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights, tyres)
- Report faults, accidents or maintenance needs to supervisor
- Follow traffic laws and company policies
- Maintain records of vehicle movement, fuel usage and maintenance
- Assist with office errands, deliveries, airport pickups/drop-offs
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when transporting staff or handling company information

- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent
- Valid Nigerian driver’s licence
- 3–5 years of professional driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Lagos roads, routes and major locations
- Good knowledge of road safety rules and regulations
- Experience driving corporate staff or executives is an advantage
- Punctual, honest, disciplined and reliable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation apps
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
