About this role

Office Administrator role in an automobile sales and servicing business. Based in Lagos (Ladipo, Mushin) for candidates who can commit to a Monday–Saturday schedule. Open to those with an administrative background and relevant qualifications.

What you would do

• Handle daily administrative and office operations
• Manage calls, emails and customer inquiries
• Maintain records, invoices and filing systems
• Prepare reports, memos and administrative documents
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and staff schedules
• Support procurement of office supplies and basic bookkeeping

• NCE, OND, HND or BSc
• Experience in an administrative or similar role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
