What you would do
- Social Media Manager: report on social media performance, manage and engage company accounts, support digital marketing campaigns, respond to customer enquiries, create and publish content.
- Administrative Officer: provide administrative support, perform data entry, prepare reports, schedule and correspondence, maintain records, assist with internal communication.
- Verification Officer: document verification and reporting, contact customers and referees to verify loan information, perform preliminary checks on documents, maintain confidentiality, assist with address and business verification.
- Credit Officer: ensure compliance with credit policies, review loan documentation, assist with preliminary credit assessments, maintain credit records, monitor repayment schedules and follow up on delinquencies, assist with loan processing.
