What you would do
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain an active online presence.
- Create and publish content to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and monitor engagement.
- Prepare periodic social media performance reports.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, scheduling and correspondence.
- Support internal communication and other administrative activities as assigned.
- Assist with customer acquisition and loan application processing (Credit Officer pathway).
