About this role
Volunteer Nurses needed by Medicaid Cancer Foundation (MCF) in Abuja. The role supports cancer patients, families and caregivers through awareness and compassionate care efforts as part of a broader volunteer programme run by the foundation.
What you would do
- Provide nursing care and support to patients as part of WalkAway Cancer Awareness activities
- Assist with health education and information dissemination to patients and the public
- Collaborate with other volunteers and healthcare professionals during awareness events
- Support coordination of outreach activities and patient support initiatives
- Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality during interactions
- Document activities and report on outreach outcomes as required
