• Operate waste processing equipment such as compactors and balers and monitor for malfunctions.
• Manage recycling activities, including baling/compacting recyclables and preparing them for contractor pick-up; maintain records.
• Handle confidential waste securely, ensuring designated containers and secure transfer for shredding in line with data protection.
