• Lead sustainability initiatives across procurement categories.
• Develop and coach a high-performing procurement team.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• CIPS, CPSM or similar procurement certifications are an advantage.
• 5-7 years of end-to-end procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or multinational environments.
• Experience in capex, engineering spares, logistics, freight, service contracts, and indirect procurement.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects.
